DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• For the bath: Pour 2 cups of Vitabath® Epsom Salts under running water. Relax and enjoy a luxurious spa experience at home.

• As an exfoliant: Mix a handful of Vitabath® Epsom Salts with Vitabath® Lavender Chamomile Body Wash and gently massage onto skin to buff away dry, rough skin. Rinse with warm water and reveal healthy looking, revitalized soft skin.

CAUTION: Hot or warm soaks should not be used by individuals with diabetes, except on advice of a physician. Not recommended for people with a history of high blood pressure, or for lactating or pregnant women.
