Vitabath Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with the products you order from us at myVitabath.com!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a *full refund of the item(s) purchase price as long as the products have not been opened or used and are in its original packaging. 


Returns are accepted up to 30 days from original order date.

NOTE: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products based solely on a customer’s personal preference or dislike of a fragrance. All fragrances are clearly described on our product pages to help you make an informed choice prior to purchase.

• If upon inspection, the items you received are not the items you ordered, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order for further instructions.

• If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your tracking email, please contact us immediately.

• We are not obligated to issue credits, refunds, or replacements, for any product issues dating over 30 days from original date of purchase.

• We are not responsible for products damaged in transit, please contact us if you have experienced damages upon receipt of your package.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Returns accepted for purchases made at www.myvitabath.com only. We do not issue refunds or replacements for items purchased at a retail level.

Please contact us by email at: support@vitabathinc.com for a return authorization and return address. Upon approval for return, please prepare your package per the following instructions and note that the purchaser is responsible for the shipping fees back to our warehouse.

  • Box the unopened/unused items using protective packing in the original containers to ensure no leaking or damages on the way back to us. We will not refund if the order has been damaged in transit, or if the product shows that it has been opened or used.
  • Enclose the original Packing Slip included in your order, and circle the item(s) you are returning. If you do not have the Packing Slip, please include a note indicating your name, original order number (refer to your order confirmation or call us and we can look this up for you), and quantity of products returned.
  • We suggest that you use a traceable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for any packages lost on the return back to us.
  • We do ask that you Email us the tracking number and a photo of the box prior to shipping (to document the state of the box upon shipping). 

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange any new and unused items purchased at myVitabath.com, within 30 days of original order date.

REFUND POLICY
• For returned items: Refunds will be processed upon inspection of return. We have the right to refuse refunding your order if the product is damaged, leaking or we see it has been opened/used.
• Credit card refunds normally take 2-3 business days to appear as payment reversals.
• PayPal refunds will appear as a reversal almost immediately.
• Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, nor do we refund for freight of returned product.
