Orders are typically processed the next business day after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Our product is Made in Canada, with all shipments originating from our warehouse in Canada. All shipments are sent via UPS Ground.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to:
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories
- International destinations outside the U.S. and Canada
Delivery Attempts & Returns
UPS will make up to three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse. It is the consumer's responsibility to be aware of the tracking status and continue to watch UPS tracking for any updates if your package seems to be running late. Vitabath, Inc. is not responsible for attempts made with no delivery - you will need to contact UPS immediately with your tracking number and have them assist you further.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address that has not been corrected prior to shipping cannot be reshipped.
